These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ScopeForge platform, operated by ScopeForge Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, USA.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the platform. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

ScopeForge Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

We collect information you provide directly (account details, project data, communications) and information collected automatically (usage data, device information, cookies).

Your project data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not use your project data to train models for other customers. Enterprise plans include single-tenant deployment options.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

We use cookies and similar technologies to provide, protect, and improve our services.

Essential cookies are required for the platform to function and cannot be disabled. Analytics cookies help us understand how you use the platform so we can improve it.

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies will not affect core platform functionality.

You agree not to use the platform to process content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains malicious code.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with notice where practicable.
